Policies Tuition: Tuition is due by the first business day (Mon-Fri) of each month and shall be considered late after the third of the month. Split Payment: One half of tuition is due on the first day of the month and is considered later after the third day. The second half of tuition is due on the 15th day of the month and is considered late after the 17th of the month. Past Due Accounts:
Students
enrollment shall be discontinued if their account becomes more than
10 days
past
due. Late Payments: Late tuition payments shall be assessed a late payment fee of $3.00 per day per child, if not paid by the third day of the month. (Example: On the 4th day: Tuition + $3.00 is due. On the 5th day: Tuition + $6.00 is due.) Returned Checks: Checks
that are returned from the bank are subject to a charge of $15.00. After two
returned checks in a school year, further payments must be made in cash, with a
cashier’s check, or money order. Withdrawal Policy
for
pre-school: Families
that withdraw during the school year with less than 14 days written notice
will be charged half a month’s tuition or fees for each child enrolled.
Registration and comprehensive fees are not refundable. Withdrawal Policy
for Elementary: Families
that withdraw during the school year with less than 30 days written notice
will be charged a month’s tuition ($300) for each child enrolled.
